October Series: Answering the Call
This is a season of gratitude. We'll have pumpkins covering our campus. We'll meet neighbors and friends. And most importantly, we will consider how God has been generous to us and how we might respond.
Our stewardship series is centered on a theme of "Answering the Call". What are you called to at this moment in our lives and in our world? Are you called to justice? To sow seeds of hope? To support and pray for others? To be there for your church community in new ways? Together, we will consider how God calls and provides and then do our work together of planning and dreaming for our next mission year together.
October 5 β Exodus 16:1-18 β God Provides Manna
October 12 β 1 Samuel 3:1-21 β God Calls Samuel
October 19 β 1 Samuel 16:1-13; Psalm 51:10-14 β God Calls David
October 26 β 1 Kings 5:1-5; 8:1-13 β Solomonβs Temple

Pumpkin Patch Begins - October 12, 11 AM - Our load of pumpkins from Navajo farmers arrive. We need volunteers on hand to help unload and setup our Pumpkin Patch.

Fall Treat Cookoff - October 19, 11 AM (after worship) - Do you have a favorite pumpkin, sweet potato, or fall recipe that you want to share? Bake it, grill it, cook it, concoct it and bring enough to share with your church community.
Pet Blessing - October 19, 4 PM - Bring your furry friends for a treat and a blessing in our Pumpkin Patch.
Party in the Patch - October, 25 , 2-4 PM - Fun in the pumpkin patch for everyone with a petting zoo and more
